AI’s use in clinical data, focusing on early cancer detection via AI-powered image analysis, showcasing how AI can improve diagnostic accuracy and efficiency. We were asked to work on a large dataset of medical images (X-rays, CT scans, MRIs) that was collected, with each image labeled by experienced radiologists to indicate the presence or absence of cancerous lesions. This labeled data needed to be trained using a deep learning model .
Our Rang team was involved in the creation of AI model which was trained to identify patterns and features in the images that are indicative of cancer, including subtle changes in tissue density, shape, and size and then the trained AI model was integrated into the hospital’s imaging workflow, allowing radiologists to quickly review images and receive AI-generated alerts about potentially cancerous areas.
The AI system was designed to work as a supportive tool for radiologists, not as a replacement. Radiologists could review the AI’s findings and make their own independent diagnoses.

Through our Team efforts and expertise, the AI model demonstrated high accuracy in detecting cancerous lesions, often surpassing the performance of radiologists in certain cases.
