Vadodara, India — November 14, 2025 – Rang Technologies announced the successful launch of its new women-focused initiative, SHEnergy, with an in-person session led by Dr. Reema Solanki Chauhan, Medical Director of Shivaay Hospicare, Vadodara. The inaugural session took place on November 14, 2025, at 8:30 PM IST at the Rang Technologies India office.
SHEnergy represents She + Energy, a workplace initiative created to provide a dedicated environment for women to reflect, learn, and build stronger connections. The program is designed as “a space to pause. To breathe. To connect. To grow.”

During the session, Dr. Reema addressed the women of Rang Technologies on topics centered around well-being, balance, and self-awareness. The session served as the first step in a continuing series that will offer recurring opportunities for women to engage, share experiences, and access supportive resources.
The initiative was established to recognize the dual responsibilities many women manage at home and at work. SHEnergy offers them a meaningful pause along with insights that contribute to ongoing personal and professional development.
Guest speakers for SHEnergy will be invited through recommendations from the Marketing team. Dr. Reema Solanki Chauhan was selected as the first guest through this process and accepted the invitation to lead the inaugural session.
Following the event, Dr. Reema said, “I felt truly welcomed the moment I arrived. It was a pleasure to attend the session in person and engage with the women at Rang Technologies. The response was heartwarming and deeply encouraging. I would be glad to return for future sessions.”
